A Safe Space to Begin
Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it doesn't have to be. Our work together is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what's happening for you, at your own pace. You are always in control, and I will be there to guide you gently throughout.

Helps your brain safely process and release difficult or traumatic memories, so they lose their emotional charge.

Works with the subconscious mind to release blocks, build new patterns, and restore balance.

First Session
In a calm and gentle way, we take time to understand your goals and your story, helping you move forward with confidence.
The Therapy Process
Sessions last around 50-55 minutes, and can be held in person in my Alderley Edge practice or online. Using EMDR, hypnotherapy and other techniques, we work together to release what no longer serves you.
Integration & Change
Between sessions, you may start to notice shifts in how you feel, think, and respond in daily life. These changes gradually integrate into your everyday experience, helping you move forward with greater ease and awareness.

Therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and honest.
Sessions are confidential and held in a safe, non-judgmental space, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
Sharing openly, especially your feedback, is the only way for the process to truly help you grow.
Feeling nervous at first is normal, but support and understanding quickly make space for real progress.
Prices
EMDR therapy - £100 per 50 minutes
Hypnotherapy - £ 100 per 55 minutes or 130 per 75 minutes
Children and teens up to 17 - £90 per 45 minutes
